A leading financial institution offering a broad range of services, including investment, corporate, and private banking, as well as asset management. The organization is currently seeking a Project Manager with expertise in the banking or financial services industry to lead and deliver complex projects.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, schedule creation, resource allocation, risk assessment, and communication strategies. Manage projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to established methodologies and standards.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and regulatory bodies. Communicate project status, updates, and risks effectively to all stakeholders.
• Financial Management: Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control. Provide accurate financial reporting and forecasts.
• Risk and Compliance Management: Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure project compliance with relevant banking regulations and internal policies.
• Banking Industry Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of banking operations, products, and services to effectively manage projects. Understand and apply industry best practices and trends.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the banking or financial services industry (minimum [Number] years).
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of banking operations, regulatory requirements, and technology landscapes.
• Project Management Skills: Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling.
