Our Client

Currently hiring for a Project Manager for a fast-growing digital transformation solution provider in Saudi Arabia.

Your responsibilities will include;
 

• Manage and deliver projects using Agile methodology.
• Report various steering committee members about the project roadmap, progress and risks.
• Implement project communication plan.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Providing guidance and training to team members on best practices for agile Methodologies
• Effectively facilitate all agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective etc.)
• Conduct periodic project reviews with key client stakeholder teams to provide progress updates and plan to key milestones.
• Prepare budget based on scope of work, Project schedule and resource availability.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Educate and influence key stakeholders in agile, scrum and project management principles and standards.
• Partner collaboratively with product and business owners to maintain the backlog and workplan.
• Ensure project goals are achieved and in line with business objectives.
• Recommend the budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of forecasted costs and revenues; areas of underperformance are identified and opportunities to improve performance are capitalized upon.

Desired Skills and Experience
 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
• Agile Certified (SAFe, SCRUM or similar).
• 5 - 10 years of project management environment in IT industry or related area with a focus on technology, management, and policy.
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in Saudi Market.
• Well experienced in agile delivery with thorough knowledge of SAFe, Scrum or similar.
• Strong Management skills.
• Understanding of design thinking.
• Experience with planning tools such as Confluence, Jira.
