An established Oil & Gas engineering business with a global presence have an exciting new opportunity for a Project and Engineering Manager to join their team based in Dammam, KSA.

 

Your Responsibilities

• The main function of the role is to direct Mechanical engineering team within the company ensuring proper execution of engineering related activities for various projects. 
• To enhance processes and procedures in the current engineering function and create a value to cater engineering services to large value projects. 
• To develop a strong Engineering function to Cater to FEED capabilities for various projects.  
• Manage Pre-award activities such as preliminary design, preparation of tender drawings, material take-offs. Collaborating with procurement in preparation of quotation, material sourcing & vendor development.   
• Involvement in Detailed Engineering activities and guide the Engineering team for quality output and troubleshooting of any design problems resulting during the project execution stage. 
• Standardization of Design for the packages to support during the bid, Post order and to increase the productivity of the team.
• Managing a team for on time delivery of Engineering work packages. Monitoring, reviewing and reporting on Overall Engineering status of various projects.
• Utilize best practice engineering methods and provides expert technical guidance for engineering initiatives.

 

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's Engineering Degree (B.E/ B.Tech) in Mechanical / Chemical Discipline from any reputed University.
• Must have worked in Engineering function in the same field for at least 5 Years.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in on-shore / Off-shore Oil and Gas Projects. 
• Must have excellent design related skills in terms of interpreting designs and to help the engineering team to produce deliverables effectively.  
• Exposure to GCC region and familiar with Saudi Aramco/ADNOC/PDO/KOC/Shell company specifications is required.
