A leading organization specializing in comprehensive business solutions and consulting services. The company is currently seeking a skilled Product Director to join their team and contribute to their service delivery and management initiatives.

Objectives:
To supervise all service delivery and service management requirements and activities, continually enhancing IT service management processes to be more effective and efficient, establishing and maintaining fundamental action plans, schedules, and status reports.

Responsibilities:

• Task, guide, and assist direct reports to perform their daily activities in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Actively participate in on-the-job training, mentoring, and coaching of direct reports.
• Generate commitment, motivation, and enthusiasm to team goals, guiding team members through periods of change or uncertainty.
• Support establishing and maintaining applicable policies and processes for ITIL service management, ensuring effectiveness, compliance, and application on the ground.
• Assure continuous service performance, quality, availability, and improvement through well-structured service improvement plans.
• Ensure all SLAs and in-scope contractual deliverables are effectively delivered and achieved.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar setup, with preferably 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT preferred.
• Relevant IT certificates.
• Knowledge of IT Service Framework.
