Contract

  • Manages and resolves end user requests (e.g., system access requests, enhancements, incidents, workflows, reports, research requests, job scheduling, etc.) and provides data analysis and queries to support IT and other business initiatives. 
  • Performs regular system maintenance by supporting timely upgrades, communications, process updates. 
  • Perform in-depth analysis in current setup of modules like PPM Pro, Agile workplace and project place applications for resource management, timesheet management, workflows, reports and dashboards, etc.  
  • Works continuously to look opportunities to enhance and elevate performance of business functions through technology platform. 
  • Communicates system changes, maintenance windows, and outages to impacted end users  
  • Develop and administer enterprise wide onboarding training, recurring refresher training. Document training needs and training materials. 
  • Escalate performance and functional issues with Planview vendor product support and drive to closure 
  • Report and track SLA for assigned tickets and enhancement requests
 MIS & Reports 
  • Prepare MIS reports and dashboard of Planview PPM\Agile place and project place to departmental needs to meet departmental requirements, policies and standards. 
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES 
Minimum Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in in Computer Science or similar field
  • Planview Certified PPM project
  • Knowledge of Planview Aile place and Project place
Minimum Experience:  
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in IT Management or client experience executive role or similar working in a local or international IT Outsourcing service provider environment.  
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Planview Platform 
 Job Specific Skills: 
  • The individual should have excellent skills to administrate Planview in a complex environment, understand PMO needs, process change, user requests and enhancements. 
  • The individual should have excellent communication skills to impart training to user community to ensure effective and efficient usage of the system. 
  • Must be proficient with MS office. 
  • Possess the capabilities with the goal of enhancing the usage of Planview to setup from Request in-take, planning and delivery capability
