We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Oracle Retail Merchandise Cloud Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with Oracle Retail Cloud solutions, specializing in Merchandise Management, Pricing, Inventory, and Financials. This role requires a deep understanding of retail business processes, Oracle Retail Cloud modules, and the ability to implement and optimize Oracle Retail applications to improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation of Oracle Retail Merchandise Cloud solutions, including modules for Merchandise Planning, Inventory Management, Pricing, and Financials, to meet the specific needs of the business.

• Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to design end-to-end solutions that support retail merchandise management, inventory, and pricing strategies.

• Integration: Integrate Oracle Retail Cloud solutions with other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency, smooth communication, and seamless workflows across the business.

• Customization and Optimization: Customize Oracle Retail solutions to meet the unique requirements of the retail business and optimize functionality to improve business performance.

• Testing and Support: Perform functional testing, troubleshoot system issues, and provide ongoing support to ensure the smooth operation of Oracle Retail applications post-implementation.

• Training and Documentation: Provide training to internal teams and end-users on Oracle Retail Cloud functionalities and best practices. Create clear, comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and reports.

• Upgrade Management: Manage regular updates, patches, and version upgrades to ensure the Oracle Retail Cloud solution is up-to-date and optimized for performance.

• Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor the performance of Oracle Retail applications, identify areas for improvement, and suggest strategies for enhancing efficiency and user satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Oracle Retail Cloud or other Oracle applications are a plus.

• Experience:
• At least [3-5 years] of experience working with Oracle Retail applications (Cloud or On-premise) in a merchandise or retail management environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Retail Merchandise Cloud modules such as Merchandising, Inventory, Pricing, and Financials.
• Proven experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Retail solutions in large retail environments.
