A leading technology firm specializing in innovative solutions across various sectors. The organization is currently seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join their team and help drive its supply chain optimization initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Oracle Retail Cloud Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Retail Cloud solutions focused on Planning, Supply Chain, and Logistics.
• Supply Chain & Logistics Optimization: Develop strategies for optimizing supply chain operations, logistics processes, and inventory management.
• System Configuration & Integration: Configure and integrate Oracle Retail Fusion products with existing enterprise systems.
• Business Process Re-engineering: Analyze and re-engineer retail supply chain processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work with internal business teams, IT departments, and external vendors to ensure smooth implementation and deployment.
• Data Analytics & Reporting: Utilize Oracle’s advanced analytics tools to generate insights and performance metrics across supply chain operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Oracle Fusion Products, with a focus on Supply Chain, Logistics, and Planning.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess complex data and develop effective supply chain solutions.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Attention to Detail: Keen focus on accuracy and thoroughness in supply chain management and documentation.
• Innovation: Ability to think creatively and stay ahead of industry trends.
