? Seeking an Experienced Odoo Consultant for Digital Transformation Projects ?
Are you a seasoned Odoo expert ready to lead digital transformation initiatives for mid-market companies and scale-ups? We're looking for a driven consultant to guide clients through their Odoo journeys and help them achieve their digital goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead digital transformation projects using Odoo, integrating it with other applications to meet client needs.
- Act as the senior consultant for Odoo-based projects, managing and delivering them from start to finish.
- Focus on the French-speaking market to develop new business and grow our client base.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in supply chain and production management, identifying improvements and supporting project teams.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Mentor and develop high-performing teams, contributing to business growth through market exploration and proposal development.
- Help expand our Odoo practice in Belgium and contribute to internationalizing our operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Native French speaker with excellent English skills; Dutch is a plus.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo, ideally with a background in supply chain.
- Experience with multiple Odoo implementations; Odoo certification is a plus.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with a team player mentality.
- Ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is beneficial.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and initiative, with experience in coaching and facilitating workshops.
- Work in local, national, and international settings.
- Contribute to defining and executing digital strategies to enhance marketing, sales, and service experiences.
