A leading organization specializing in comprehensive business solutions and consulting services. The company is currently seeking a skilled Network Product Manager to join their team and contribute to their network services initiatives.

Objective:
To manage and support network services ensuring optimum service availability and performance. Meet agreed SLAs, customer requirements, and contractual agreements.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the identification and recruitment of key talent.
• Manage, guide, and assist direct reports to perform their functional operations in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Manage installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and administration of existing or future network infrastructures.
• Interface with vendors to ensure appropriate communication and issue resolutions.
• Manage routine health checks and preventive measures on assigned systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in IT Services or IT Solutions, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven ability to design and manage the implementation of networks.
• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering from a recognized university.
• CCNP Certified.
