A leading organization specializing in comprehensive business solutions and consulting services. The company is currently seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join their team and contribute to their network infrastructure initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and support network infrastructure and services to ensure optimum service availability, performance, and security.
• Design (HLD, LLD), prepare, and apply configurations according to requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues and failures.
• Propose network enhancements to improve availability, performance, and security.
• Engage with architects and other teams to review proposed network designs.
• Maintain technical expertise in all areas of network solutions in operation.
• Collaborate with other IT Operations groups to support projects and day-to-day operations.
• Ensure all network-related tickets are resolved and closed.
• Provide quality support experience to internal and external customers and technology partners.
• Manage case escalations to the Network Operations Manager while maintaining customer communications.
• Assist and guide junior team members.
• Present network designs and changes for necessary approvals.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in network design, deployment, and operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a similar field.
• Advanced knowledge in switching and routing, LAN, WAN, Wireless, Data Centre, NAC, ADC, VPN, and unified communications.
• Experience with networking solutions from various vendors, including Cisco, HP, Juniper, Aruba, F5, and Pulse Secure (Ivanti).
• Knowledge of network analysis and monitoring tools, including Wireshark, SolarWinds, and Riverbed.
• Professional certification: CCNP or CCDP or equivalent is required; CCIE or CCDE is recommended.
• SC clearance is a plus.
