Job - Dynamics F&O Consultant 
Location - Dubai (onsite)
Length - 3-month contract, possibility of extension 

Overview:

We are currently recruiting for a Microsoft D365 F&O Consultant for one of our clients based in Dubai. We are seeking an individual with expertise in the finance modules of D365 and a solid understanding of supply chain functions. Your experience with complex implementations will be crucial as you collaborate with finance, SCM, and ERP teams to configure and enhance the system for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Administer Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, focusing on configurations and functionalities of key finance modules, including GL, AP, AR, Bank, FA, Budget, Landing Cost, and Project Management.
• Participate in D365 Operations, concentrating on finance module configurations for new implementations and rollouts.
• Support business users by providing in-depth training on D365 Finance modules and their functionalities.
• Build strong relationships with finance and supply chain teams to align application design with business needs.
• Collaborate with process owners and subject matter experts to align requirements with configurations and create use cases for testing functionality.
• Identify risks and opportunities when deploying new functionalities.
• Provide application support and conduct instructor-led training sessions.
• Design and articulate complex ERP-centric solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
• Perform configuration, data migration, and integration activities from legacy systems to D365 as part of the current implementation project.
• Assist end users in resolving day-to-day business challenges using D365 functionalities.
• Establish procedures and testing methods to maintain data accuracy across applications.
• Prepare RFCs, FDDs, UAT documentation, and training manuals in line with company standards.
• Deliver ERP support and end-user training.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
• Specialization in the following modules:
  • Dynamics 365 – Finance and Operations (GL, AP, AR, FA, Bank, Budgets, Projects)
  • Dynamics 365 – Supply Chain Management (integrated supply chain modules)
• Up-to-date knowledge of Dynamics ERP systems, deployment, and integration
• Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• ERP certifications are a plus
