Job Description:  
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager of Facilities Management to oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of all facilities management services, including both hard and soft services, for a prestigious real estate development portfolio in Abu Dhabi. This leadership role will ensure optimal functionality, safety, and maintenance standards for the company's properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of facilities management, including building maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, cleaning, security, and waste management.
- Coordinate and oversee all soft services, ensuring that services such as cleaning, pest control, concierge, and customer care meet the highest standards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure building systems operate efficiently.
- Monitor performance and budget adherence of third-party service providers, ensuring compliance with contracts and SLAs.
- Conduct regular inspections of all facilities and systems, addressing any issues promptly and proactively.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety codes, and environmental standards.
- Prepare and manage the annual FM budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining service quality.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of facilities management professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the main point of contact for tenants and stakeholders regarding facilities-related matters, resolving issues in a timely manner.
  
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in facilities management, ideally within the real estate or construction sectors.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Experience with vendor management and budgeting.
