Join the Digital Workplace Technology team, where we leverage Microsoft solutions (Microsoft 365, Microsoft Loop, etc.) to enhance digital experiences. We are looking for a motivated Junior Technical Project Coordinator to support projects related to unified communications, smart workspaces, and email platform revamp.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and coordinating digital workplace projects.
• Follow up on meetings, track project progress, and manage risks.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical leads.
• Support documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in daily and weekly agile meetings.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 0-3 years in project coordination, ideally with Microsoft technologies.
• Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work collaboratively.
• Languages: English (mandatory), French or Dutch (a plus).
• Nice to Have: Experience in IT project management or the pharmaceutical sector.
