Halian is currently seeking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide technical support, maintain systems and ensure network security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance for hardware/software issues.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks.
• Train users and assist with IT setup.
• Manage network security and troubleshoot connectivity.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security policies.
• Maintain IT documentation and prepare performance reports.
• Providing level 1 and level 2 support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in IT support.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software and network administration
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-oriented and patient in dealing with users.
