We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing infrastructure projects, overseeing operational activities, and ensuring our systems meet high standards of availability, security, and performance. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and exceptional communication skills.

Your mission

• Manage and drive infrastructure projects
  • Initiate, plan, execute, monitor and complete projects
  • Build and lead projects teams
  • Coordinate resources and suppliers' teams
  • Perform risk and impact analysis
  • Identify and solve issues
  • Communicate and report to management

 

• Manage and drive infrastructure operational activities
  • Manage capacity and availability
  • Manage requests
  • Manage changes, incidents and problems

Technical skills

• Network (Firewall, IP addressing, Routing)
• DR (DRP) and HA (Load Balancing, Clusters, Resource Groups)
• DNS (basics)
• SSL certificate management
• Database (Oracle, MySQL, users, permissions, …)
• Unix (connection, file systems, users, permissions, …)
• Basic kubernetes administration within Tanzu environment
• Backup and Restore
• Capacity, Availability, Security, Auditing, User Access Management
• ITIL (Request Fulfillment, Change Management, Incident Management)

 Transversal skills

• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to be autonomous, rigorous, flexible, proactive and customer oriented
• Ability to work with business and technical teams
• Ability to report to the management
• Ability to design and challenge diverse technical architectures
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and analytics skills
