Job Opportunity: Technical Support - Internal Helpdesk

Join our dynamic team as a Technical Support Agent in our Internal Helpdesk department. You will be the go-to person for resolving IT issues for employees, handling everything from hardware and software support to general IT inquiries. Your main focus will be providing quick and effective solutions, ensuring all tickets are managed and tracked efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist users with technical issues via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot common IT problems (network issues, hardware failures, software errors, etc.).
• Provide step-by-step guidance to users and document resolutions.
• Prioritize and follow up on support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
• Create and update technical documentation and FAQs.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams to solve complex issues.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• A problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer service.
• Experience in IT environments such as Azure, Office 365, Citrix, and Windows OS.
• Basic networking knowledge (IP, firewalls, etc.).
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices is a plus.
• A proactive attitude towards identifying and addressing recurring issues.
