Infrastructure project manager (m/f/d)
Profile & Context
The 'IT Platform & Virtualization Services' division of the PRI (Production Informatique) department is looking for an IT Project Manager profile described below.
Key Responsibilities
The IT Project Manager's mission includes:
• Participating in functional analysis and defining project objectives
• Planning the technical tasks of the projects
• Coordinating and ensuring the execution of tasks
• Anticipating and managing risks
• Supporting and overseeing supplier activities within the project scope
• Communicating and providing regular progress updates
• Organizing inter-team activities related to the projects
• Ensuring the successful deployment (MEP) of the project
• Writing project documentation and meeting reports
• Ensuring knowledge transfer to internal teams
• Conducting project closure
Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum of 8 years of real-world business experience
• Experience in a large enterprise environment
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple IT projects
• Ability to work autonomously
• Proficiency in MS Project
• Strong attention to detail and work rigor
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of standards and regulations such as GDPR, ISO 27001, etc.
• Ability to understand IT systems and infrastructures
• Strong documentation writing skills
• Proficiency in French and English; knowledge of Luxembourgish is a plus.
