An established family group have an exciting opportunity for a HR General to join their head office team based in Dubai, UAE.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating offers.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive necessary training and orientation.
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; and training and development.
• Collect and analyse HR data to support decision-making and improve practices.
   

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in core HR related roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
