Qualifications:

1. Proven Experience: Successful track record in a similar role, with expertise in technical processes, statistics, and full production cycles.
2. Process Design and Improvement: Experience in designing processes and driving continuous improvement.
3. Team Management: Demonstrated experience in managing and leading teams, with references from previous managers. A key advantage will be prior experience in building a team.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Experience: 5-8 years in Electronics Component Manufacturing, particularly in a manufacturing line environment with a strong focus on quality processes.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of key technological processes in electronics manufacturing.
• Tools: Proficiency with tools for reporting and continuous development.
• Communication: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Collaboration: Excellent collaboration and time management skills, with an emphasis on teamwork.
• Commitment to Learning: Proven dedication to continuous learning and professional development.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up the production quality organization and defining the KPI’s for the personnel
• Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate products and production equipment
• Ensuring that products adhere to quality standards
• Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data
• Working according to deadlines for the delivery of products
• Training and managing production line staff in production practices and quality assessment of goods
• Tracking products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is correct
• Performing detailed and recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to industry and company standards
• Eliminating products that are not up to standards and finding the reasons for product problems
• Test Strategy and Planning: Support the manufacturing line within overall test strategy and test plan for ensuring alignment with the production yield targets.
• Stakeholder Interaction: Interact with manufacturing line technicians, engineers, warehouse incoming inspection and other stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of quality requirements needed in each phase of manufacturing process
• Unit Acceptance Testing: Prepare and support testing activities, providing reports on the results of testing and their correlation to field performance.
• Traceability Support: Assist the assembly line and test automation team by providing method to implement the full traceability of components related faults found in testing and in the field.
• Training Collaboration: Collaborate with equipment supplier trainers on training programs and content to assure the highest performance of the manufacturing line.
