Minimum Qualifications:

• 10-12 years of management experience in the electrical engineering industry, preferably at the head level.
• Experience with enterprise-level operations in large corporate systems and equipment.
• Proven track record in team building, hiring, and developing talent; a passion for starting initiatives from the ground up.
• In-depth understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes and the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
• Familiarity with highly complex products, particularly SMT technology, and knowledge of managing thousands of components.
• Strong capability to drive large-scale production efficiently.
• Ideally, experience in sectors such as servers, storage, digital baseband, telecommunications, mobile technology, as well as practices like KAIZEN and continuous improvement, particularly in consumer electronics.

Requirements and leadership of the following:
 

• Knowledge of legislation, regulatory and legal acts on production organization, and basics of environmental law.
• Tasks of production units to ensure the Company's needs for products of the appropriate quality, quantity, assortment, and range, and the capabilities to solve these tasks.
• Methods for analyzing the state of the Company's production potential, material, and other resources required to maintain it at the proper level.
• The Company's main and backup production capacities.
• Modern theories of production organization.
• Composition and structure of the Company's production (including technological) documentation.
• Management (to the extent required for effective leadership of production units).

Responsibilities:
 

• Lead the Company's production work and manage its activities.
• Create optimal conditions for timely and quality completion of daily tasks by production units in strict accordance with the approved workflow (regulations), production technology of the Company's products.
• Lead the work on forming the production policy and development strategy, defining its main directions in line with the Company's development strategy and measures for its implementation.
• Participate in the development of the Company's business plans in terms of ensuring current and future needs for the production of products of a certain quality, quantity, assortment, and range.
• Ensure the necessary level of production technical preparation and its constant growth, increase production efficiency.
• Organize research within the Company, including with the involvement of external organizations (institutions), as well as the development and implementation of comprehensive programs for the development of production potential and production plans.
• Lead the development of measures for the reconstruction and modernization of the Company's production capacities, prevention of harmful production impacts on the environment, careful use of natural resources, creation of safe working conditions, and improvement of the technical culture of production.
• Organize the development and implementation of plans for the introduction of new equipment and technology, the conduct of organizational and technical measures, research and development works at the production.
• Personally, and through subordinates, exercise effective control over the state of production, adherence to project, design, and technological discipline, rules and norms of occupational safety, safety engineering, production hygiene, and fire safety, requirements of environmental, sanitary authorities, and technical supervision bodies.
• Ensure the efficiency of design solutions, timely and quality preparation of production, technical operation, repair, and modernization of equipment.
• Lead initiatives to improve the quality of products produced by the Company, as well as the design and implementation of comprehensive mechanization and automation of technological processes, control and testing of high-performance specialized equipment, development of labor intensity norms for products and norms of material consumption for their manufacture, systematic implementation of an economy regime and cost reduction.
• Ensure timely preparation of technical documentation (drawings, specifications, technical conditions, technological cards).
• Take measures to improve the organization of production, labor, and management based on the introduction of the latest technical and telecommunication means of performing engineering and management tasks.
• Participate in the analysis of the Company's production activities to identify production reserves, eliminate losses and unproductive expenses, rational use of material, human, and other resources.
• Work to ensure strict compliance with production and technological discipline.
• Participate in the development and implementation of rational production (including technological) documentation.
• Ensure the compilation of operational summaries on the results of the production task execution, statistical reporting, and their submission in the prescribed manner to the relevant authorities.
• Ensure reliable protection of information (documents) containing information constituting the commercial secret of the Company, other confidential information, including personal data of the Company's employees.
• Lead the training of subordinates, create conditions for their qualification improvement, professional growth, business career development, and job promotion based on personal merits and qualification level.
• Use the rights granted to encourage (hold accountable) subordinates.
• Create conditions for the introduction and proper functioning of advanced production technologies, their subsequent improvement, and optimization.
• Lead planning and reporting on production work issues.
• Lead the distribution of the production task, ensuring its timely, rhythmic, and uniform conveyance to production units, forms of documents necessary for supporting production activities, as well as internal organizational-normative and normative-methodological documents on production management issues.
• Study, summarize, and apply advanced domestic and foreign production management experience in practical activities.
• Consider proposals for ensuring ergonomic working conditions, rationalization of workplaces, and present them for decision-making to the Company's leader.
• Advise the Company's leader, department heads on current and pressing issues of practical organization of production.
• Personally, and through the involvement of subordinates, provide methodological assistance to employees of the enterprise's departments on choosing optimal methods of performing the production task, the most effective use of technologies and technical means.
• Timely and fully work out and submit to officials with corresponding authorities the reporting and other documentation.
