Head of Cloud Infrastructure (m/f/d)

- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience with a global cloud service provider, MSP, technology delivery/solutions provider, or system integrator. At least 5 years of experience in managing a large managed services business along with medium to large-sized team resources.
- Experience in global delivery models, standardized tools, and mature infrastructure management services (IMS) processes, also should have deep understanding of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their services.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and cloud governance models.
- Proven track record on P&L, forecasting and budget planning, managing revenue recognition for a technology practice.
- Expert knowledge of current trends and practices relating to:
- Managed 24x7 observability
- Managed 24x7 IT Service Desk
- Managed Infrastructure services including servers, VMs, HyperV, Clusters, Storage, backup services
- Managed Cloud Services
- Linguistic Skills:
- Preferably Arabic and Non-Arabic Speakers based in Europe, South America, Australia.
