Financial Operations Manager

Our Client

A high growth e-Commerce and payments business, have an exciting newly created opportunity for a Finance Operations Manager to join their team based in Dubai, UAE.
 

Your Responsibilities
Supervise financial operations, ensuring accurate and efficient management of fund flows and reconciliation processes.
Monitor and manage cost structures related to payment flows, including TPV, GMV, MDR, and FX spreads.
Oversee AR/AP-related reconciliation for eWallets and acquiring banks in UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Ensure accurate intercompany accounting and cash flow alignment across regions.
Maintain accurate records of fund movements, settlements, and reconciliation reports.

Your Qualifications
Minimum CFA Level 1, ACCA, or Master’s Degree
Hands-on experience in starting processes, executing processes, initiative and prior experience in automating financial operation workflows, and managing reconciliation for online payment flows.
Demonstrable experience in card and eWallet fund flows, TPV, GMV, FX spreads, and cross-border reconciliation.
Familiarity with settlement and reconciliation tools, including automation and AI-based solutions.
