About the Role:

We are seeking a Medior Financial Controller with 2-5 years of experience in a similar role to ensure accurate and timely company records by managing the accounting function. You will play a key role in financial analysis, reporting, and compliance, supporting senior management with critical financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Oversee monthly and quarterly closings, ensuring accuracy in controlling, analysis, and reporting of costs and income.
• Cost Controlling: Conduct in-depth, driver-based cost analysis and provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
• Regulatory Compliance: Prepare financial statements and ensure timely reporting to financial regulators and authorities.
• Audit Coordination: Serve as the Single Point of Contact for external auditors and manage follow-ups on outstanding issues.
• Cross-Functional Support: Address ad hoc financial inquiries from various business units within your domain.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in accounting and cost controlling (2-5 years).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication abilities to engage with senior management and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
