Executive Assistant (m/f/d)
A leading organization specializing in innovative solutions across various industries, currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior executives in a dynamic, international corporate environment.
Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Manage calendars and schedule internal and external meetings.
- Email Correspondence: Handle email correspondence and assist in preparing presentations and meeting agendas.
- Travel Coordination: Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and visa arrangements.
- Event Organization: Organize meetings, conferences, and events, including room reservations, equipment, and catering.
- Expense Management: Prepare travel reservations and process travel expense reports.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably within an international environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet usage.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Independence: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Team Orientation: Team-oriented with a proactive and flexible approach.
