A leading organization specializing in innovative solutions across various industries, currently seeking a Ecommerce Director to drive the success of their mobile application and enhance its market presence.

Responsibilities:

• App Development and Management: Lead the strategic vision, roadmap, and development of the company's mobile application. Oversee the app's design, user experience, and feature set to ensure it meets the evolving needs of the target customers.
• Partner Integrations: Identify and evaluate potential partnerships with various stores and applications. Negotiate and manage commercial agreements to integrate their products and services into the app.
• Customer Experience: Champion a customer-centric approach in the app's design and features. Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the executive team, marketing, sales, and operations departments to align the app's development with the overall business strategy.
• Monitor and Report: Continuously track the app's performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends. Implement data-driven improvements and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Lifecycle Management: Manage the app's lifecycle, including periodic updates, bug fixes, and new feature releases.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage commercial agreements and partnerships.
