Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Azure DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in integrating security practices into our development and deployment pipelines, ensuring that security is a fundamental part of our CI/CD workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in implementing automation processes, utilizing DevOps tools, and ensuring secure practices are embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.
 

esponsibilities:

• Integrate security practices into the development and deployment pipeline to ensure comprehensive security across all stages.
• Ensure Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines include vulnerability scanning and remediation processes.
• Collaborate with developers, security teams, and operations to implement secure DevOps practices.
• Automate manual processes and streamline workflow within development and operations teams.
• Continuously improve the efficiency and scalability of CI/CD processes and infrastructure.
• Monitor and manage DevOps tools and systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the pipeline and during deployment.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and other CI/CD platforms.
• Strong expertise in secure DevOps practices and integrating security measures into CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in automation scripting (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Solid experience with Linux-based environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, and tools like Azure DevOps, Azure Resource Manager, and Azure Pipelines.
• Familiarity with vulnerability scanning tools and remediation techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, AWS Certified Security Specialty) are a plus.
