A leading organization specializing in innovative solutions across various industries, currently seeking an experienced Creative Lead to oversee the entire web content management process, from conceptualizing to launch and post-launch analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Web Content Management: Lead the web content management process, ensuring that all digital content is created, reviewed, and approved to meet brand standards.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with external agencies to review and refine design concepts, and with designers to develop creative concepts for web.
• UI Development: Oversee the UI development process, working closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Compliance and Execution: Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, web accessibility standards, and regulatory requirements. Ensure seamless execution of web content, including testing, QA, and launch.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Conduct post-launch analysis to provide recommendations for future campaigns.
• Risk Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Experience in digital operations and web content management, preferably with knowledge of AEM.
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of web specifications, including technical requirements, design guidelines, and UX standards.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Digital Trends: Up to date with digital trends and emerging technologies.
• Web Analytics: Familiarity with web analytics tools.
