Creative Lead/ Digital Operations lead
We are seeking an experienced Creative Lead/Digital Operations Lead to oversee the entire web content management process, from conceptualizing to launch and post-launch analysis. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creative and technical skills, with expertise in design, digital operations, and analytics.

We are seeking an experienced Creative Lead/Digital Operations Lead to oversee the entire web content management process, from conceptualizing to launch and post-launch analysis. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creative and technical skills, with expertise in design, digital operations, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the web content management process, ensuring that all digital content is created, reviewed, and approved to meet brand standards
- Collaborate with external agencies to review and refine design concepts, adapting them to meet web specifications and brand guidelines
- Oversee the UI development process, working closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Collaborate with designers to develop creative concepts for web, ensuring they are innovative, engaging, and on-brand
- Ensure seamless execution of web content, including testing, QA, and launch
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, web accessibility standards, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain web content, including copywriting, design, and development
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that web specifications are accurately translated into functional websites
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Conduct post-launch analysis to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for future campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
Required Skills:
- Experience in digital operations and web content management. Knowledge of AEM preferably
- Up to date with digital trends and emerging technologies
- Knowledge of web specifications, including technical requirements, design guidelines, and UX standards
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation
- Familiarity with web analytics tools
- Excellent communication and project management skills
Other details:
- Onsite presence – This is a Riyadh based role or atleast 3 weeks a month travel onsite mode
