Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) - Industrial Manufacturing Company
 

Location: Eastern Region - Saudi Arabia
Reports to: CEO


A leading industrial manufacturing company is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to head its commercial operations. This high-impact role requires developing and executing market strategies, driving revenue growth, and establishing key partnerships. The CCO will have full autonomy in crafting and executing go-to-market plans.

The company specializes in advanced casting, forging, and machining processes, with a robust annual production capacity. Serving critical sectors such as energy, infrastructure, and manufacturing, it has already secured commitments with key anchor customers. The business in question is scaling operations to meet ambitious revenue milestones and contribute significantly to regional industrial growth.


Key Responsibilities


Market Development and Strategy

  • Design and execute commercial strategies to achieve incremental growth and long-term market positioning.
  • Focus primarily on domestic market expansion while exploring regional opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities in high-growth sectors and adjacent markets.


Business Development and Customer Relations

  • Actively engage with key customers, including major industrial players and global original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), to build and sustain strategic relationships.
  • Lead negotiations for significant, high-value contracts.
  • Leverage existing customer commitments to drive additional partnerships and revenue.


Sales Leadership

  • Build and scale a high-performing commercial organization capable of meeting aggressive growth targets.
  • Establish sales processes, performance metrics, and reporting systems to track success.
  • Implement strategies focused on long-term agreements for engineered products.


Strategic Planning and Growth

  • Collaborate with operations leadership to align commercial and production strategies.
  • Develop and execute market entry plans for new product lines and geographic expansion.
  • Manage capacity allocation to balance commitments to existing anchor customers with new business growth.


Team Leadership

  • Build a high-caliber commercial team, including sales and key account management specialists.
  • Foster a culture of performance excellence, customer focus, and strategic innovation.
  • Establish clear performance objectives and provide professional development opportunities for the team.


Candidate Profile


Required Experience

  • Extensive experience in commercial leadership roles, with a proven track record of scaling businesses in the realm of engineered products
  • Strong experience in managing operations at scale (revenue $100+) with demonstrated success in growing revenue, margins, and market share.
