We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Business Value Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their existing strategy, business problems, and unique needs, to help drive their digital transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for discovering business drivers, defining solutions to address those drivers, and executing the strategies that ensure the successful adoption and integration of our products and services. The ideal candidate will be a professional communicator that will specialize in working with customer leaders on value-related activities. Like a detective, they are able to dig under the surface to find the reality of a given problem. They own and drive the success of each project with a given customer. They have a good understanding of technology and what it possible, however they would not (generally) be developing the application themselves. They are expected to be able to have high-level technical discussion with the development team related to potential solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement: - Communicate with executive-level stakeholders focused on understanding business topics and priorities in order to become a trusted advisor to solve customer problems. - Engage/facilitate discovery and solution design activities including workshops with C-level or projectlevel stakeholders to understand their business objectives and digital transformation goals. - Lead identification of key use cases, user journeys, problem statements, and value identification onsite with the customers. - Create a process with the customer to continually strategize and iterate through different ways in which any presented business problem could be solved.

2. Strategy Development: - Develop and implement customized business strategies to meet customer needs. - Collaborate with internal teams (product management, engineering, marketing) to align deployment plans with customer requirements.

3. Product development: - Drive the development of Minimum Viable Products (MVP), translating the product vision and customer needs into chunks of work for the development team. - Drive the transition beyond MVP phase into scaled solutions. - Guide the FPT development team to focus on customer priorities and deliver business value. - Strong focus on value, build and derive value metrics to measure the success of the project. Keep these front and centre during design, development and roll-out. - Roll-out project with customers, presenting up to c-level stakeholders and scaling up with end-users.

Qualifications: - Project Leadership & management: experience in leading technical project teams to deliver business value using agile methodologies. - Customer Interactions: Strong background in leading customer-facing engagements, building and managing executive-level customer relationships and other stakeholder management. - Problem discovery: Experience in converting high-level specifications and open-ended problems into pin-pointed qualitative and quantitative problem statements. Understanding of what the key problem is to solve. - Business case: Experience in writing and presenting business cases for given projects. - Knowledge and Awareness of different digital technologies, what they do and where they bring value. In particular: Cloud, Data, APIs, Enterprise AI, Automation, Micro-Services, Mobility (Mobile apps). - Basic data analytics skills: Understanding of data workflows and experience in deriving insights from data. (E.g. through dashboarding, low-code analyses, etc.). - Fluency in English required
